Our approach
TextConvo is built around three convictions. First, the best results come from conversations, not campaigns — every reply is signal, and the right next message depends on what the recipient just said and when they said it. Bulk sending optimizes for volume; we optimize for understanding.
Second, compliance is foundational, not optional. TCPA consent rules, CTIA messaging principles, and 10DLC carrier requirements are enforced inside the platform — not delegated to operator memory or one-off workflow tweaks. That posture is what lets sales and lifecycle teams scale outreach without inheriting risk.
Third, AI should make decisions, not just generate text. Most "AI messaging" tools wrap an LLM around a static workflow.
